Generally speaking the day staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are shabby and worn and the bunk beds are dangerous.
On our last evening we witnessed a number of prostitutes walking down the corridors knocking on doors and going from room to room. The evening matradee seemed to take little interest in this when we approached him about it.
Thats all the positives, the rest of the staff i came into contact with where rude and unfriendly. I did not like the breakfast of a croissant and a piece of hard bread. Our room was falling apart! The chair was broken, beds squeaky, cupboards broken, the rooms where boiling and I had no idea how to use the thing!!
Not a lot of storage place. Downstairs is nice but the reception is small, but a big dining room for breakfast. At 3 am in the morning a staff member came into our room to complain, turns out they had the wrong room!!
Overall i definitely wont stay here again and to be honest i wouldn't encourage anyone else to! Sorry if its harsh but its the truth. Reception Desk: Knows basics of English but they are a little bit rude, does not know how to politely answer customers.
