We plan to meet up with them on the beach since our resorts r very close. We read on a review that they have access to the Bavaro Princess casino?
Is this true? We have a free shuttle to that casino since it's part of the princess resorts. And I was told we also get free drinks there. Can anyone go to this casino, I assumed it was only for people staying at princess resorts. I see now on a map it's called the Princess Tower Casino.
The Tower is not in the confines of the Bavaro resort it's actually out front just before the main gates which means it's open to the public and anyone can go. When you enter the Hard Rock go to reception and inform them that you want to visit the casino. They will set you up! There is also the Oro nightclub at Hard Rock which you would have access to as well pay cover. Watch yourself at the Bavaro Casino - you have been warned.
Don't sit beside any locals is the only advice i will give you. I won't get into it maybe a little , but it's a dangerous place. I was robbed inside the casino and got off easy according to a few people that live on the island. There has been rapes outside, in the club etc.
The guy who robbed me was sitting with his 4 friends drinking champagne in the corner and yelling "you bought this, thank you". Again management saying "sorry there not our staff, nothing we can do".
